Refund policy
Digital products
Every Planivra product is an instant digital download. Because the files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded.
When we will make it right
We want you to actually be able to use what you bought. Email us within 14 days of purchase and we will help — or refund you — if:
- Your download link did not work and we could not get the files to you.
- The files are corrupted, incomplete, or missing something listed on the product page.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
Before you buy
Please check the product page and the FAQ for file formats, app compatibility and what is included. Planivra planners are designed for GoodNotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Xodo, Adobe Acrobat and similar apps — those apps are not included with your purchase, and we cannot refund an order because a third-party app behaves differently than expected.
Licensing
Planivra files come with a personal use licence. See License & usage for what that covers.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have where those rights cannot be waived.
